Recently visited this store after walking at Stoney Creek; had not been here in over two years. Our Coffee and Bagels were both excellent, just like before. They had a steady stream of customers. The staff and manager seemed friendly and competent.

Manager Darrel Trongo was very rude to me Actually called me Trailer Trash. The Lobby was filthy staff standing around texting on their phones. Floor dirty wet needed mopping actually slipped.
